Crimson Smoke

CONTENT WARNING: This game contains no gore or NSFW imagery, but the story does involves a sentient monster eating people, so if you're uncomfortable with that, please consider playing something else!

Crimson Smoke is a short (5-10 minutes) narrative experience with some timed gameplay elements, made for a 4-day game jam (although I didn't spend all of that time making the game due to IRL stuff).

Follow our protagonist, Damask, as she deals with the common problems of struggling with a religion that doesn't accept you, gathering up the courage to talk to the person who likes you, and being a man-eating tiger demon. Examine your surroundings and plan your travels correctly, as you will need to pray to statues of local gods to stave off Damask's cannibalistic urges.

P.S. If jam organizers are reading this, this is not meant to be an Ambitious Game (TM)! I mostly made it for fun with the intention of featuring my OCs and playing around with the technical limitations (i.e. small screen resolution, only 4 control keys).
